Развитие информационных систем малых предприятий, несмотря на все объективные трудности и сокращение бюджетов на ИТ-инфраструктуру, требует углубленного стратегического подхода. Он должен включать в себя анализ условий, оценки возможностей и точного выбора наиболее подходящих аппаратных и программных платформ. В свою очередь, эти платформы должны соответствовать современным тенденциям и обеспечивать гибкую настройку в соответствии с конкретными индивидуальными требованиями. Реконструкцию существующих и создание современных интегрированных информационных систем не следует рассматривать как единый акт, а как долгосрочный в перспективе, хорошо продуманный и спланированный процесс.
The development of information systems for small enterprises despite the objective difficulties and reduced budgets for IT infrastructure requires an in-depth strategic approach. It should include an analysis of the conditions, assessment of the opportunities and a precise selection of the most appropriate hardware and software platforms. They, in turn, must comply with the current trends and allow for a flexible adjustment according to the specific individual requirements. The renovation of the existing information systems and the development of modern integrated ones should not be perceived as a single act, but as a long-term, premediated and planned process.
